License Agreement

Grant of License

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Invisimind grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Install and use the Software on up to 2 devices
• Use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Receive all future updates and improvements at no additional cost

License Types

Personal License (₹2,999)

• Valid for 2 devices
• For individual, personal use only
• Lifetime access with free updates
• Cannot be used for commercial purposes

Enterprise License (Contact Us)

• For business or organizational use
• Multiple user licenses available
• Priority support
• Custom deployment options

Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy or duplicate the Software beyond the 2-device limit
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the Software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the Software
• Share your license key with others
• Use the Software for commercial purposes without an Enterprise license

Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. Invisimind and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in:

• The Software and all copies
• All intellectual property rights
• All trademarks and branding
• All documentation and materials

Updates & Upgrades

Your license includes:

• Automatic updates: Bug fixes and minor improvements
• Major upgrades: New features and enhancements (free for lifetime licenses)
• Security patches: Critical security updates

Updates are delivered automatically through the app. You can disable auto-updates in settings, but we recommend keeping them enabled for security.

License Activation

• Each license key can be activated on up to 2 devices
• Device activation requires an internet connection (one-time)
• You can deactivate a device to activate on a new one
• Excessive deactivations may flag your license for review

License Transfer

Personal licenses are non-transferable. You cannot:

• Sell or give your license to another person
• Transfer your license key to a different email
• Share your license key with family or friends

If you need to transfer ownership due to special circumstances (e.g., company acquisition), contact us at [email protected].

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your license will terminate automatically if:

• You violate any term of this Agreement
• You share your license key
• You use the Software for prohibited purposes
• You exceed the device limit

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.

Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL INVISIMIND BE LIABLE FOR:

• INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
• LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE
• INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS
• DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE

MAXIMUM LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE LICENSE (₹2,999).

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Your City], India.

Entire Agreement

This License Agreement, along with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Invisimind regarding the Software.
