What We DON'T Collect

Invisimind is built with privacy in mind. We do NOT collect, store, or transmit:

• Interview transcripts: Everything stays on your device
• AI conversations: We never see what you ask or what AI responds
• Personal information: No names, addresses, or phone numbers
• AI service credentials: Your ChatGPT/Claude logins stay with you
• Screen recordings: We don't capture your screen
• Audio recordings: Audio is processed locally only
• Browser history or cookies: We don't track your browsing

What We DO Collect

We collect minimal, non-personal data to improve the Software:

• License key & device ID: To validate your license and prevent key sharing
• App version: To know which version you're using
• Operating system: Windows/Mac version for compatibility
• Crash reports: Anonymous error logs if the app crashes (opt-in)
• Update checks: To notify you of new versions

How Data is Processed

Invisimind works entirely on your local machine:

• Audio capture happens locally using your system microphone
• Text is injected directly into your browser's AI chat interface
• AI responses are displayed in the overlay window
• Nothing is sent to Invisimind servers

Third-Party Services

You use Invisimind with third-party AI services:

• OpenAI (ChatGPT): Subject to OpenAI's privacy policy
• Anthropic (Claude): Subject to Anthropic's privacy policy
• Google (Gemini): Subject to Google's privacy policy

Your conversations with these AI services are governed by their respective privacy policies, not ours. We have no access to this data.

Payment Information

We use Razorpay for payment processing. We do NOT store:

• Credit/debit card numbers
• CVV codes
• Banking credentials

All payment data is handled securely by Razorpay according to PCI DSS standards. We only receive confirmation of payment and your email address to send the license key.

Data Storage & Security

Since Invisimind doesn't collect sensitive data, there's minimal risk:

• License keys are encrypted in transit and at rest
• Device IDs are hashed to protect your privacy
• No personal data is stored in our databases
• We use industry-standard security practices

Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Although we collect minimal data, you have the right to:

• Request a copy of any data we have (spoiler: it's just your license key!)
• Request deletion of your license key
• Opt out of crash reporting
• Uninstall the Software at any time

Children's Privacy

Invisimind is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
