We stand behind Invisimind 100%. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we'll refund your money within 30 days.

Eligibility

You're eligible for a refund if:

• It's been less than 30 days since your purchase
• You purchased directly from our website (not a third-party)
• You contact us via email with your order details

How to Request a Refund

1. Email us at [email protected]
2. Include:
   • Your order number
   • Email used for purchase
   • Reason for refund (optional but appreciated for feedback)
3. We'll respond within 24-48 hours
4. Refund processed within 5-7 business days

Refund Timeline

• Razorpay/UPI: 5-7 business days
• Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days (depends on your bank)
• Net Banking: 5-7 business days

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. We cannot issue refunds to different accounts.

What Happens After Refund

Once your refund is processed:

• Your license key will be deactivated
• The Software will stop working
• You should uninstall Invisimind from your devices

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of:

• Fraudulent purchases or chargebacks
• Violation of our Terms of Service
• License key sharing or reselling
• Requests made after 30 days
• Purchases from unauthorized sellers

Technical Issues

If you're experiencing technical problems, please contact our support team BEFORE requesting a refund. We'll do our best to resolve:

• Installation issues
• Compatibility problems
• Feature bugs or errors
• License activation issues
